Meet our founder
Chris decided to set up UX Sales after two decades in professional services sales. It became increasingly clear that sellers were simply going through the motions and treating opportunities and buyers as a process instead of remembering, just how important human connection is.
Having read law at the London School of Economics, initially practicing law and a stint in central government, he finally found his niche in professional services sales.
With over 20 years dedicated to sales and sales enablement, his experience includes:
Pursuits experience
Deals & solution architect, delivering some 685 deals with a focus on large, complex and high value deals driven by client UX and applying a design thinking lens to client solutions.
Pursuit coach - advising and challenging sales teams to enhance and elevate their offerings, leading to wins in highly competitive deals where the margins are slim!
Career win rate c70% covering 2.4bln worth of revenue over the last 10 years and a win value contribution of 1.68 bln.
Relationship builder at C-level client executives, collaborating during sales cycles and co-creating solutions to shape deals.
Deal types include professional services (risk, advisory, audit and consulting), tech & digital transformation (cloud strategy & migration, AI & automation, software and IT infrastructure) and deal values of £1-300m, across both global and EMEA.
Designed, built and managed 10 Pursuit Centres of Excellence, across eight professional services firms.

Reporting to and member of firm’s Sales Execs, experienced undertaking sales culture audits, designing and implementing firmwide sales change programmes, inspiring and motivating sales teams across the business.
Highly tailored sales enablement programmes, activating and unlocking sales potential for new sellers or those who might be under achieving, resulting in net new revenue streams.
Sales strategy design on both an account and deal level to drive pipeline growth, scaling key accounts, increasing win ratio and portfolio diversification.
Value proposition and go-to-market development resulting in net new solutions to differentiate in crowded, competitive spaces.
Created tailored competency frameworks, training needs analysis (TNAs), client UX workshops, sales training modules - all resulting in greater cross line of service collaboration, consistency and sales behaviour change.
